Hello tea friends! tea (17 of 1)-2

Well, here we are in the dreary days of February…perfect weather to snuggle up inside with a good book and great tea! We have been busy restocking our shelves and finding new ways to get our tasty teas into more homes. We are pleased to announce we are now a producer member with the Niagara Local Food Co-op! Members of the Co-op can place online orders for a variety of  food, pet treats & other products from local producers. Supporting your neighbours and ensuring more of your dollars stay in Niagara, is there anything better?! Click on the link to find out more and become a member today! www.niagaralocalfoodcoop.ca

Also, in case you hadn’t heard, we now carry shed pottery, beautiful, functional pieces of art created by St. Catharines’ own Johann Munro. Her teapots and mugs are absolutely stunning AND dishwasher/microwave safe, so completely practical as well. This partnership is exactly what I hoped for when I opened the store over three years ago http://www.shedpotterybyjohann.com/

March 9th is the annual Empty Bowls event supporting Bethlehem Housing and Support Services, it will be our FOURTH year! Seriously, where does the time go? Come out and join us at this fun event for an excellent local charity!

More news to come in the next few months, including spring hours (it will be here before we know it, right? Please?) and upcoming events. Don’t forget to check out our Facebook page for posts about new items and local partnerships!
